With a Masters degree in Employment Law, my CIPD, Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law and over 20 years experience in HR (at the risk of blowing my own trumpet - hey someone has to now that I am my own boss !) You would struggle to find someone as competent and confident as me in the field of HR.

I am well qualified and have vast experience of all matters relating to people. In 2023 I left my Senior HR role in a FTSE 250 Manufacturing Company after a 12 year tenure to set up my own business as an HR Consultant. Lazzari HR Solutions Ltd was established and I am finding it really rewarding to be able to make good use of my experience with smaller business leaders.

I have worked in Senior HR Leadership roles for 16+years with a majority of my experience in profit making private sector Companies. I have a no nonsense approach to getting the job done with an ability to communicate with, motivate and influence others along the way.

My experience covers the entire Personnel journey from recruitment advertising and selection through to termination of employment. I have been the lead HR contact for reorganisation/redundancy, strategic growth and managed site acquisition and a site closure during my 12 year tenure with a Global FTSE 250 Manufacturing Company . I am naturally inquisitive and business focused so when you work with me I bring more to your table than the average HR Advisor.
